How we work
7 steps to the perfect interior
1.
Identification of customer needs
Together with the client, we discuss his needs and expectations. Based on the collected interview, we propose the optimal package and technical solutions.
2.
Presentation of the offer and signing of the contract
Based on an interview with the client, we present an offer for a finishing package that meets the client’s aesthetic and financial requirements. After accepting the offer and determining the terms of cooperation, we sign a contract and reserve a date for the start of work.
3.
Acceptance of the apartment from the developer*, inventory and measurements
We carry out technical acceptance of the apartment from the developer, checking compliance of the work with the contract and any defects requiring repair. After completing the formalities, our specialists make accurate measurements to develop a detailed finishing design, taking into account all technical and functional requirements.
4.
Selection of materials, concept and executive design
Together with the client, we select finishing materials such as floors, tiles, ceramics, fittings and other elements, then our architects prepare an interior concept along with a 3D visualization of the bathroom. It is also possible to visualize the entire apartment**. After accepting the conceptual design, visualization and materials, we prepare complete executive documentation.
5.
Carrying out finishing works
Our specialists from the logistics department order approved materials, and a team of qualified specialists starts implementing the project in accordance with the approved documentation. We coordinate construction works, supervise the supply of materials and ensure that everything goes according to plan.
6.
Technical acceptance
After completing the work, we carry out a detailed technical inspection of the apartment. We verify the quality of workmanship and, if necessary, make the necessary corrections to ensure that they meet all quality standards.
7.
Handover of the apartment and warranty
We hand over the finished apartment to the client, providing a 24-month warranty on the work performed. At the client’s request, we also organize a photo session of the finished interior.
