About us
A beautiful interior is born from the harmony between aesthetics and functionality
UniQ Design is an interior design studio. We design apartments and houses, and we have also gained experience on larger projects such as hotels and office buildings. That is why we know what works on site and what only looks good in a visualisation, and we draw so that the builders never have to guess. We prepare cost estimates ourselves, so you know what the finishing works will cost before the renovation starts. We work in Warsaw and the surrounding area, and online across Poland.

How we work
7 steps to your perfect interior
1.
Consultation and understanding your needs
A free call (about 30 minutes). We agree on the project scope, the finishing budget and the timeline. We send our offer within 48 hours.
2.
Contract and booking a start date
We sign a contract stating the price, scope and number of revisions, and book the project start date.
3.
Measurements and site survey*
We measure the property and document the existing installations. On request, we help with the technical handover of a new-build apartment from the developer.
4.
Functional layout
We prepare two layout options for walls, furniture and appliances. You choose one, and we base the rest of the design on it.
5.
3D visualisations and materials
We show the interior in specific materials: flooring, tiles, fittings and lighting. We revise until you are sure of the result.
6.
Construction documentation
Drawings for the electrician, plumber, tiler and joiner, plus a bill of materials with quantities and an estimated cost.
7.
Project handover, supervision and coordination**
We walk you and the builders through the project. On request, we supervise and coordinate the renovation, keeping an eye on the schedule, quality and costs.
