Bathrooms and kitchens are where costly mistakes happen most easily. We design them so that the builders know exactly where every socket, drain and tile goes.
What does a single-room design include?
This is for people who furnish the rest of their home themselves but want to be sure about the bathroom or kitchen. We prepare 3D visualisations, a tile layout or a kitchen cabinetry drawing, and a bill of materials with quantities. Bathroom from PLN 2,400, kitchen from PLN 2,900. Ready in 2–3 weeks.
What you get
What does a bathroom or kitchen design include?

Measurements and site survey
We measure the room and document the existing installations: risers, drains, ventilation and electrics.

Layout and 3D visualisations
We show the room in specific tiles, fittings and lighting before you buy anything.
3.
Tile layout or cabinetry drawing
Bathrooms get a 1:20 tile layout for walls and floor. Kitchens get a cabinetry drawing for the joiner.
4.
Installations
We mark water points, drains, sockets and lighting with installation heights.
5.
Bill of materials with quantities
You know how many square metres of tiles, how much grout and which items to buy. No surplus and no last-minute shopping.
6.
Estimated cost
On request, we prepare a finishing cost estimate so you know the cost before the builders start.

Drawings and bill of materials
We prepare the tile layout or cabinetry drawing and a shopping list with quantities.

We walk you and the builders through the project. On request, we supervise and coordinate the works.
