What is a complete design?
It is a concept design extended with full construction documentation. You get drawings for the electrician, plumber, tiler and joiner, a bill of materials with quantities and an estimated cost. From PLN 249/m², ready in 6–8 weeks.

Measurements, two layout options, 3D visualisations of every room and a moodboard.

Construction drawings
Plans of walls to demolish and build, floors, ceilings and lighting.

Electrics and plumbing
Sockets, switches and water points with installation heights.

Tile layouts
Bathroom and kitchen wall elevations at 1:20.
5.
Made-to-measure furniture
Cabinetry drawings with plans, elevations and sections for the joiner.

Bill of materials and cost estimate
Material quantities and an estimated finishing cost before the builders start.

Consultation and quote

Measurements and layout
We measure the property and prepare two layout options to choose from.
3D visualisations
The interior in specific materials. We revise until you are sure of the result.
Construction documentation
Drawings for every trade, plus a bill of materials and cost estimate.
Handover, supervision and coordination
We walk you and the builders through the project. On request, we supervise and coordinate the renovation.
